Steve has been involved in building organizations, turn-around consulting and mergers and acquisitions of businesses for over 25 years. As President of the Heartland Business Exchange, LLC, Steve serves Business Owners in a professional and confidential manner to enhance value, to grow their business and to capture the optimal reward for their effort.
Today as an entrepreneur and independent Business Owner Steve works with middle market businesses to build value. Previously as a legal counsel Steve provided the legal oversight for a regional firm while it grew through acquisitions and mergers to the seventh largest in its industry, went public with its stock, and ultimately merged with the second largest firm in the U.S. As a senior executive inside of a large corporation Steve built two corporations from scratch to over $60 million in annual revenues.
Steve received a Bachelor’s Of Science degree in Business Administration, a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Law Degree from the University of Kansas.
